If you want to take this offer we would like to ask you or your general practitioner to make an appointment in our outpatient clinic. Please bring all necessary documents, like medical reports, current images (x-rays, MRT, CT, PET), with you to the appointment. If those reports are not up to date, we would like to talk you through all necessary examinations and do them ourselves.
We usually can’t provide you an individual consultation for your situation via email, however should you be unable to call us, for whatever reason, please write us an email explaining your situation and we will do our best to consult you via email.
